Reservations
Bookings can be made online by clicking the BOOK NOW button, or you may book by email or phone.
For email or phoneline bookings a booking fee will be required, amount to be agreed at time of booking.
We accept Visa Electron, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro/Switch and Solo although on departure you may wish to pay by cheque supported by an appropriate guarantee card or by cash.
As stated above we will accept most credit or debit cards, and cheques, however a 2% transaction fee (minimum charge of £1) will apply to cover the banking processing charges.
Cancellation Notification Policy
Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours in advance of your arrival date for single night stays. For example a room booked for a Saturday night must be cancelled by the preceding Wednesday evening at the latest.
Reservations must be cancelled 14 days in advance of your arrival date for 3 night or weekly stays.
Should you need to cancel or amend your reservation there will be no cancellation fee taken provided appropriate notice is given. In the case of a ‘no show’ or a cancellation without the required notice being given then the full charge will be taken.
No Smoking Policy
As per new government legislation, The Alendale is strictly non smoking.
