Reservations

Bookings can be made online by clicking the BOOK NOW button, or you may book by email or phone.

For email or phoneline bookings a booking fee will be required, amount to be agreed at time of booking.

We accept Visa Electron, Mastercard, Visa,Maestro/Switch, Solo and cash.

As stated above we will accept most credit or debit cards, however a 2% transaction fee (minimum charge of £1) will apply to credit card payments to cover the banking processing charges.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
• If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit policy

100% of first night will be charged at the time of booking, see cancellation policy for further details.

No Smoking Policy

As per new government legislation, The Alendale is strictly non smoking.

Car Parking

The Alendale has an open car park at the rear of the property, however, please note that any cars that are left are at the owners risk and the Alendale does not take any responsibility for any loss or damage.
